Delivery Information

Please note: Orders placed after 3pm may not be processed until the following working day. Orders placed on Bank Holidays or weekends will be processed the following working day.

1. Delivery Times/Charges

28th March 2025: To offer more accurate delivery pricing and lower product costs, we’ve updated our carriage charges. Orders over £120 are no longer carriage paid, but this change allows us to provide fairer shipping rates based on the size and type of your order.

! Please see section (2) below if you are ordering white/coloured products.

Standard Delivery (estimated 5-10 working days)

    Small orders: £4 - £6

Express Delivery (estimated 2-5 working days)

    Small orders: £10
    Medium orders: £20
    Large orders: £60

We determine order size based on the types and quantities of products in your order. Express Deliveries are shipped directly from the manufacturer, and is the default carriage for medium or large orders.

If you believe you are able to collect from us (Southampton, SO30 2HB or Birmingham, B26 1TQ) please get in touch and we may be able to arrange a free collection!

2. White/Coloured Polyester Coated Items

Coated products will need to be sent to a coating facility first so may increase the delivery time. This process can take up to two weeks, depending on the workload at the manufacturers and coaters. Please feel free to get in touch if you would like an estimate on current completion times.

3. Next Day Delivery

Unfortunately at this time we cannot deliver these products next working day due to the nature of the stock that has to made up and finished to the order's specifications

4. Islands & Highlands

We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas- also we're not able to guarantee deliveries to some areas- eg Highlands in Scotland- they will usually take 3 longer days on average. On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows.

Please note:- The Highlands region in Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man , Scottish Islands and Channel Islands and Isle of Wight will be costed with different shipping tariffs. Please contact us if this applies to you.
